How Pathway 4 Works

You provide 100% of the capital to purchase a Bulgarian property.

Project Transformation sources, acquires, and manages the property on your behalf. The property is occupied by a vetted community member via rent, rent-to-own, or purchase. When the property is sold, profits are split 50/50 on appreciation

Optional: receive 50% of net rental income monthly while you wait.
