How Pathway 3 Works
No Ownership Pressure
You enter a long-term rental agreement on a Bulgarian property through the Housing Fund. Rent is set at a heavily subsidised rate - typically £200-£350/month including utilities. Leases are renewed annually based on community covenant participation.
No ownership stake, no equity — simply stable, secure, affordable housing. Rental income feeds back into the fund, sustaining it for others. Simple. Stable. Sustainable.
What Freedom at 20% Looks Like
When housing drops from 60% to 20% of your income, everything changes:
